Slim for Spring, Healthy for Life Jan 2020

Our January re-boot starts Wednesday 15th January 2020. Join us to get weight and cravings under control after Christmas and become a fat-burning beast in time for Spring.

This is an in-person group programme to give maximum support and accountability. Group size is limited to 11 people.

Each session consists of discussion, presentations, debrief about the last week, activities, questions, handouts and small, specific challenges for the coming week. Participants may contact me in-between via text message.

Slim for Spring, Healthy for Life is a nutrition and lifestyle programme designed to support you as you establish new health and fitness habits. While weight loss is the key focus, emphasis is also given to maintaining or re-finding the best health possible. We will look at kicking the sugar but also at maximising the value of what we eat and designing our lives to put our health back on the agenda.

The course takes place on Wednesday nights in the lovely garden room at the Friargate Quaker Meeting House, York, YO1 9RL.

Cost is £105. Booking is in advance with £30 deposit. Balance to be paid on or before 15th January (credit/debit card, bank transfer, cash or cheque).
