Corporate wellness programs and one-off workshops are a cost-effective way to support employees’ wellbeing.

My most popular workshop is an hour-long session highlighting five nutrition and lifestyle steps the individual can take to stop cravings for sugary snacks.

Other popular topics include optimising energy, bolstering immunity, eating for stress reduction and nourishing the brain.

On-site workshops can be run in York, Leeds and surrounding areas.
